After a few years on the frontlines (spanning industries like website support, tech troubleshooting for Dell and Norton, and even advising website builders), I discovered my true calling: quality assurance. Analyzing interactions, identifying patterns, and helping agents reach their full potential? That’s where I thrive. With nearly a decade of QA experience, a Yellow Belt certification, and a passion for turning data into insights, I’m dedicated to transforming customer feedback into meaningful improvements.
